Multimedia comment widget

We are looking for someone to develop a multimedia comment system equivalent to the mobatalk release as seen in the link below on the bottom right of the page.

We would also like to incorporate a video comment system as well as the voice comment system. The links below are more sites that have a multimedia comment system similar to the one we wish to develop.
