Windows phone 8 game small update

Hi!

I need small update for existing windows phone 8 game.

In attachment you can find existing code. What is require:

1) add a title screen.

This will appear as soon as the game opens (see attachment)

list the techniques you used to avoid common mistakes - making the sound work, making sure the game didnt crash, setting up the life system, connecting to server for high score

2)Screenshots of the development of the game - setting up the software, creating the menu, setting up the controls, creating the graphics, adding the sound,testing and debugging,adding in the scoring system, playing the platform version,setting up the API
