We are interested in have an uber style app developed for our members to connect to tow truck drivers. We will need this app developed for IOS and Android.
Once our member presses a button we would like the closest in the area to have the option to accept the pick up and then confirm. Once confirmed , we need our member to be able to see what is the estimated arrival time and see it on the gps map with refresh intervals of the tow trucks location. I would also like the app to show a pop up asking te member if it is an accidental emergency so that the app can dial 911 for them and then have the tow truck come to the scene. Please quote me on this would like to know how would this information be communicated to us real time.
