Table based small application displaying data from a remote web service.

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built.
Essentially the app would connect to a web service (using credentials so we would need an initial login page which securely stores credentials) which return JSON information (probably about 5 columns of data) and this would then need to be displayed in a table.
This table would be updated by pulling down to refresh.
We would probably want a detail level so when the user touches the row in the table it slides to show a more detailed explanation which is also taken from the JSON response.
This table should be sortable on columns and have a filter on columns function also. There will be 2 images in separate columns and probably 3 columns of status details.
We would also require the option of receiving data in real-time which has been pushed from the server (we do not yet have the architecture in place on the back-end yet) and will populate the table in reverse chronological order.
We would also like the ability for Notification alerts (again, pushed from the server side) to be displayed.
There would also be a requirement for a contact page with a phone number that when clicked would initiate a phone call to that number. Same for email address.
