Stage 1: Develop a Python application that provides the functionality of a Chatbot and a Q&A dialogue session. The application will use a decision tree to determine whether to respond to the user input via pattern matching using python modules (pyAIML), via basic AI (using Chatscript), and 2 other yet to be defined methods. The objective is not to develop a finished application but rather the framework to continue to develop.

The application screen is to allow a user to enter a multiline sentence and then to provide a response. A dialogue frame will show the entire history of the interaction.

The user requires a username/password to authenticate and then all interactions are stored to either an unencrypted or encrypted database depending on whether the input is considered sensitive or not.

Stage 2: Make this available via a website with strong security and a cloud based db.
Stage 3: Make this available as a mobile application on iOS and android.
