Hi, I had a Pakinstani freelancer who developed an App for me and we had to stop the work in the middle of the project. What is important for me is that you can check the existing work and see if you can continue the work and finish the App. I will not write here the full description of the App, instead I will share a Dropbox folder with you where you can find the existing code and App description in detail so you can fully understand.
One IMPORTANT things is that if we agree to move forward wit this, you will only be payed upon the completion of the project ! I had bad experiences with other freelancers so if you do the work as the requirements demand it there should be no problem in getting payed.
