Background:
-I am looking to develop an online portal that mediates between the patients and the hospitals/clinics/doctors/pharmacies/labs as well as other travel associates (airline, hotel, car rental, etc...) and facilitates communication and booking process.
-The patients would access the portal to search for a hospital/clinic/doctor by treatment or condition, as well as location of hospitals/clinics/doctors/pharmacies/labs.
-The patient is able to view all the listings for their relevant searches and filter as they prefer.
-The patient would select the hospital/clinic/doctor they prefer and they are able to communicate with or directly book an appointment.
-The hospital/clinic/doctor will receive the communication and are able to respond, or approve/decline/reschedule the meeting.
-The patient is able to pay for their appointment online.
-The portal should be able to allow the patient and the hospitals/clinics/doctors/pharmacies/labs to register as a member to the website and login to edit their profile and manage their booking.
- The hospitals/clinics/doctors/pharmacies/labs profiles will be uploaded in bulk and patients will be able to search for them and view them, but only those hospitals that hospital/clinic/doctors that register will be able to accept booking and chat with patients.
- The hospital/clinic/doctor will receive a link to their uploaded profile and will be asked to register a username and a password if they would like to start chatting with patients and start receiving any bookings.
Process:
-Admin can add Doctor, Hospital, pharmacy, and Lab from the admin panel (bulk upload option using Excel sheet)
-Hospitals/clinics/doctors/pharmacies/labs can register on the website.
-A lab can publish the result into the apps/website and the patient can see the result.
-Payment Gateway
-Multi-vendor option
-SMS gateway, for mobile number verification by OTP and alerts
-Social Login FB, google
-Modifying/cancelling an appointment.
-Customization to add a medical directory
-Prescription making option.
-Real-time question and answers section
-Patient medical record system
-User-based App notification
-Admin can send notifications.
