Create simple Google Map on iOS for user to select location

I am looking for a very simple task to be completed. I want a view where the user is prompted with a google map (not full screen) and user can select find my location. The app will immediately use the user location to identify his location. If location services are off, it should notify them.
once the user's location is automatically found, user clicks a button and location is stored as GeoPoint (longitude and latitude) in a parse table.
Please respect the budget when bidding as I know this is a simple task and shouldn't cost more as other developers told me.
