I am looking to make an operations line from books to tablets to save time.
I am part of a factory which has to manually key in the products completed. I would like to issue an estimate of 10 tablets to the respective stations in the line.
The office staff should be able to control the urgent items that need to be completed that is reflected in the app in the tablet and all the operator needs to do is to key in start and end and quantity.
There would not be a need for an office staff to manually key in the previous day's job completed.
Also, the operators would be able to communicate with each other to say when the part is ready to be passed to the next station.
Not all products go through all the departments.
Attached is a sample of an excel someone needs to key in every morning for the previous day’s production. The app should be able to directly compile the daily production for future reference. Attached are also some images of some sample of the various books that are used.
