I am looking to build an app for both iOS and Android where users can take pictures with camera. The project will have a similar sending process as snapchat, but without the time. pictures can be saved.
The user should be able to open the app, open the camera, and choose an overlay image to be able to include when taking a picture.
The overlay should be done while the camera is on, before taking the picture. The animation images will be delivered by us, as well as the design.

- log in by phone number, similar to whatsapp
- sending pictures in-app only
- attach predefined selected images to overlay on camera picture
- notifications when photos are received
