Simple iPhone Game App

This is a simple game app project. Please read thoroughly before bidding.

Budget: $250. Please do not bid if you exceed my budget.

Our communication is only through this website chat, I will NOT be using Skype or any IM.

American programmers are preferred while programmers from other countries are welcome too.

SafePay / Milestone: 100% before project starts.

Payment: 100% release to you within 24 hours after the app is approved by App Store.

You must have good experience in iPhone app.

Your job:

- Create an iPhone app

- The app is to work on iPad & iPhone

- In-App purchase and iAd is to be included in this app

- Submitting the app to App Store for approval

- Update me daily of the project. Also, I like to have the latest source code once every two days, even the app is still under development.

The Project:

This is a simple board game using 'X' and 'O' and drawing lines. Some basic important function needed:

- 1 player vs CPU

- 2 player via Bluetooth

- Online multiplayer up to 4 players in a game

- On game chat room

- Points calculation

More information will be provide later in MS Power Point form.

Your requirement: Must have experience building game apps like chess game or something similar board game. Please show me 3 best iPhone game apps that were done by you.
