App Description:

Social network for college students to rate & review their professors, courses, places on campus, browse student jobs, browse student marketplace with listings for housing, textbooks and more, search for things at their university including professors, courses, places, and users. Also, there is a Question and Answer module, a way to add other users as friends, message them, follow them, etc. Also a module to allow users to upload documents to their profile, share with other users, download, etc.

There is an existing website that does all of this that the app will need to communicate with seamlessly, allowing for updates from app and website to update each at the same time. APIs will need to be created and used communicate with the website and many modules on the app.

Each community has its own subdomain and database which will need to be the same setup on the app. Meaning that information from one subdomain should not show up in another users app that is registered under a different subdomain. For example;

UC Davis community is;

and so on.

I will need to own the source files and have help uploading them to appropriate app stores and ensure the are in 100% working order before final payment.

This project must be delivered in full and on time, within 3 weeks.
