Complete download functions

Hi

I need to complete download function on my app. It will download file from server:

- Support download max size 2G

- Support multi thread (Each thread in one row of list view)

- Support resume, pause and retry

- Support increase speed of download file.

Only good and lowest freelancer will be selected
