Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Director to join our team who has had experience working with a business consulting firm to lead our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Director, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads that will drive the company's growth and achieve its goals. You will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all marketing activities, optimizing marketing processes, and developing new services.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive company growth and achieve marketing goals
Lead and manage marketing projects, from conception to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Create marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, newsletters, one-sheets, and new services collateral
Optimize existing marketing funnels and processes, and identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis
Write compelling marketing literature, including brochures, press releases, and other marketing communications
Craft marketing language to effectively target the right customer segments
Research and identify channels to reach and market to our ideal customers
Oversee marketing activities and content creation for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Product and/or Persona/Avatar Development - Create and develop new services that are in alignment with our clients needs
Proven experience in product development and/or persona/avatar development for businesses.
Strong understanding of customer-centric product development principles and methodologies..
Ability to create detailed and realistic personas/avatars based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements and skills
Understands how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools in job role
Proficient in CRM systems such as Copper, email marketing tools like MailChimp, proposal management platforms like Proposify, and document collaboration tools like Google Docs and Drive
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Exquisite communication and people skills
Excellent writing skills for sales copy and marketing materials
Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
