Hi,
I have an old joomla site without any username and password.
I have access to the site cpanel.
When I look in the _user table in the correct database, I get an empty table.
It looks like my cpanel admin user does not have enough permissions to access this table.
I need instructions how to reset or create a new user with admin privileges in joomla.
I wanted to use public $root_user='myname' method, but I do not now any user name and any password in the joomla web site.
The project will be awarded to the user that will give me instructions how to get admin access to the joomla site that will work in my joomla web case.
