Google Qualified Cloud Platform Developer

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, other technical field

- Well versed in building product-quality software on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including experience in designing for high availability, building multi-zone and multi-region architectures, and designing across appropriate SQL and NoSQL data layer technologies.

- Familiar with various application stacks such as Java, Python etc.

- Configuration and deployment experience in two or more of the following:

- Google Cloud Platform App Engine

- Google Cloud Platform IaaS

- Google Cloud Platform data layer technologies such as BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.

- Google Cloud Platform UX/UI development

- Deployed applications with Web UI frontends

- Deployed application with internal and 3rd party RESTful/SOAP services interfaces

- Google designation as a Google Qualified Developer or Google Qualified Cloud Platform Developer - a HUGE plus!

- Firm grasp on cloud security, Linux operating systems, using the Google Cloud Platform developer console

- Experience as a hands-on technical practitioner/specialist in client facing roles in mid-size and large enterprises and demonstrated client facing consulting skills, including building strong client relationships

- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills.

- Strong team skills including the ability to lead and be a team player

- Must have the ability to travel and work onsite at client locations (typically 50%)
