Search target sites using google/other api's

My requirement is to check for certain websites update for particular keyword on specified intervals or as the update occur. Say for eg; I need to check whether there is an update happening about "Roger Federer" every 30 minutes within a website, say www.bbc.co.uk. In similar manner, I need to get updates for numerous keywords, targeting particular websites at certain intervals.

Developer can make use of any api readily available which would return a set of results(url's within the target site) which contains the input keyword and only those url's which were updated within a certain specified time.
