## Deliverables

Create, manage, and optimize a Google adwords campaign for a measurable improvement in results. A current report of the campaign is attached: Please explain in your bid specifically which metrics will be improved as a result of your work and approximatelly by how much. Please provide some measurable deliverables also, e.g. how many text ads, how many banner ads, how many keywords, are you going to implement? We need some objective measures from you in order to be able to ascertain project completion.

* * *Content for the ads and keywords must be researched by the coder, based on what our competitors are using. If you have never done it, please do not bid. This is very frustrating and difficult work. It only sounds easy. Please do not bid if you are not an expert and you have not done it before.

* * *All the work must be done offline using the AdWords Editor. Coder must provide step-by-step instructions for the buyer to import all the work into his Google Account. After buyer imports it, the campaign will be run for a few days and the result sent back to the coder for further optimization until the objective results are met.

* * *Project deadline is 60 days, but will end as soon as the objective results are met. The coder must provide an initial submission within 7 days. After Buyer runs the updated campaign and sends report to the coder, the coder must turnaround a new improved submission within 3 days. The 60 days includes coder time as well as buyer time -- any time spent waiting for the buyer to run the modified campaigns, up to 50% of the project time, will NOT be added back to the deadline.
