Market my website

I have a website that is almost complete. I also have approximately 1500 emails of kitchen manufacturers in Australia.

The problem here is I don't have very good sales skills, marketing skills to sell my product that I truly believe in.

I need help initiating contact to get 'Suppliers' to my site. I need help selling them the concept.

Background:

I've made a website that users can come and create floor plans of their kitchen.

Next step for user is while exiting, they receive 3 cheapest quotes from our database of 'Suppliers'

Suppliers pay me to be part of the database. Based on how much exposure they get.

I need the Suppliers! I need your help.

So if you have experience in marketing, direct emailing and selling, please bid.

Please so far I have 7 Bids, and not one has read the brief. I'm not after links, or traffic or to be number 1 in Google.

I want someone with good marketing skills to directly email my db of prospective clients, and sell my product. When I say sell, I mean explain it in a way that will make them want to join my website.
