Post Job advertisements on websites for multiple countries/regions

Hi, I am looking for someone to post job advertisements on various websites that allow job postings for free or minimal cost - Not looking to post jobs on job boards for price per posting unless it is a website that is of reasonable cost. Not going to spend $100-200 dollars per ad post on one website.
This will be ongoing work and looking for someone to continue posting these jobs once every 5 days or so. The reason for this is to keep the job postings fresh and newer job postings attract more individuals.
Counties I would like to focus on are :
Canada, United States and Australia -- All of the multiple regions in each IE . All Major cities
Job Requirements ::
1)Not have job postings removed or deleted, some job boards or job sites do not allow multiple postings per account or job postings that are exactly the same copied over. **You must be knowledgable of each sites terms of agreements to make sure you do not have job postings removed or flagged. You MUST NOT violate any sites TOU
2)Having multiple email accounts is needed as you may need to create multiple accounts for 1 site to post under different cities
3)Looking to post around 100 job postings per week on various websites - I would like a list of each website you will be posting on
-- I can provide a list for some websites I know in Canada and Australia
I would like to post on job site/job boards, Classified Sites (ie. Kijiji, Craigslist and other classified sites you may know of), Message Boards
4) I would like all responses to ads, leads, resumes etc to come directly to me either by being forwarded to an email address of my choice
This will be ongoing work - I am willing to pay for more hours of work first week do to setup costs and then I would like to pay a fixed weekly price to keep reposting on the same sites or other various websites
