Sidebar Styling and Mailchimp Subscription Creation in Wordpres Site - Urgent Work

Hi there,

This is our website [login to view URL] Now I want to have a widget area created in the header and then use mailchimp plugin in that for the mailchimp subscription. design is very simple see attached.

2nd task is to stylize the sidebar same way like a reference website's sidebar with border around it (see screenshot attached) [login to view URL] you need to scroll down then you'll see the sidebar ! I want the sidebar not to be on home page , but on inside pages and posts. There i an option in the theme to enable / disable sidebar while editing the pages. Simply put , I want the inner pages and post to have right sidebar which should be style like the reference website's sidebar [login to view URL] .

Note : I need this to be completed in next 6-8 hours max ! if you can start immediately and are confident that you can do it then apply. Don't bit outside my budget range. Good ratings and low bid will win.
