topic_under = forerignkey and it should refer to the field topic_name in the Topics model

Model name= tipsntrcks
tip_id= integer, primary_key
tip: text
description: text

template for each model to add records to the model
one template to display the list of tips
enable admin
admin should be able to see all the records
