Sketch to HTML5 with React/Heroku Integration (Urgent)

Please read carefully before bidding or you will be ignored:
1. I have a Sketch file that needs to be converted to HTML5. Your markup must be 100% hand-coded, pixel-perfect, extremely well-commented, mobile optimized, and optimized for Retina devices;
2. It must integrate with React and be hosted on Heroku (more details available to the right bidder);
3. You must work with my current full-stack developer to integrate the front-end with the back-end that he has developed. This will be important for two pages that have dynamic content. More details can be given in the chat to see why;
4. The timeline is short, and it must be completed within 2-3 days. There is only 4 front-end pages and one form that needs to work with the back-end and be based on React;
5. You must have Skype to communicate; and
6. Please only show me one link of your work. So please show me your favourite and best work.
7. Budget is $300 CAD. No agencies.
