VERY URGENT DESIGN JOB 2 PAGES

I Need a freelancer who can design a pdf in the same style as;

It is not as complicated it just needs to look like the designer did them all.

It is a cover sheet for this leaflet with a 2 cartoons that I will provide - it is also a prices page - again with details and pictures I will provide.

I need it by 2pm Wednesday UK time - ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO THE QUALITY AND HAVE IT READY TO EMAIL.
