Simple website customization needed for a wordpress site (Reasonable bids only)

I am in need of some customization for my website located at: www.mytradeskill.com. Please find the list of customization needs listed below

1. I need my users to be able to log in via facebook or twitter atleast. This option is currently not activated on the website and so would be nice if this can be set up.

2. I also note that upon registration, users are unable to set their own password. This is particularly a pain for Nigerian users who will be accessing this site using a phone and so may not find it very easy to copy the password from an email on to the website and then change the password. I need this to change please.

3. I need a conventional web form for user registration so I can capture other details including phone numbers for my users. In Nigeria most users don't access their emails alot and so the best contact for people is through their mobile phone. The form accessible via the link below should include an option for phone number capture.

4. Also I need to set a form on the front page for users to request services that are not already being offered on the site. Upon approval, this services should be visible to all users.

5. I also need a webform for the contact us page.

6. I also need the inclusion of an SMS plug-in which updates my user via their SMS, when there is any update pertaining to their interest or when they are hired for any job.

I would like to get a bid from a suitable freelancer with good internet connect who can run this simple customization task for me.
