Rebuild existing Website and move it from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.0

We are looking for skilled person who will with our guidance rebuild the existing website [login to view URL] . This will require some work in standardizing content (existing articles) and move to a Joomla 3.0 CMS platform. It will also include regrouping of content categories and creation of new menus and installation of social media addons. Finaly the work will include necessary adjustment of the new template (which we already purchased) in terms of colors and layout for different platforms (phone, tablet desktop). We have already purchased the web hosting for the new site to move and it is on bluehost so the knowledge of their webhosting control panel would be an asset. The website is bilingual (Greek and English) so it is important for the person who will work on it to have good command of both languages and the best would be (but not necessary) if he or she lives in Thessaloniki.
