Landscape Graphic Design for T shirt

I am starting a t shirt line. The first series of shirts (of many) are landscapes of popular beach locations for the locals in my area. These popular "local" spots are well known and I personally have always wanted a vintage looking graphic t featuring these local areas. I definitely want the landscape to be translated into an illustrated graphic, but I want to highlight the unique landmark structures the beaches each have so there are identifiable to not only locals but perhaps other people who have even just visited the them. I have pictures of each spot and i'm in need of someone who can help turn my photos into a vintage graphic. I am choosing not to upload the pictures on this post because this is a top secret project. I am going to eventually need 3 to 5 different graphics commissioned but I want to find the right artist for the job. :)
