Improve Website Design Using CSS

Hi there,
This project requires a very creative expert in graphic design, css, and responsive web design. For that person this project should be simple, quick, and easy money.
My client currently has a completed mobile responsive ecommerce website... the problem is they really do not like the design of it. The UI is not smooth, does not flow, and doesn't look professional. The margins / padding are off, the colors don't look good, in certain sizes the responsive design looks bad, and it looks very amateur.
You will be asked to optimize 6 different pages:
1. Home page
2. Registration Page
3. Sign in page
4. Shop items list page
5. Individual Product page
6. Check out page
I will send you each page in HTML as well as the supporting CSS files. Instead of editing the files, we would just want you to create a new CSS file with all the changes to the CSS classes.
I'll include a bonus if it's done well and in a timely manner.
