Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data from a Website

There is a directory of storage companies listed on a website. The website contains the company name, sizes of storage units that they have, features, and price P/W. I need this information transferred to an excel spreadsheet in the format that I provide.
After this data has been captured in the spreadsheet you will need to use Google to capture the address and phone number of the business.
There are somewhere between 300 – 350 companies listed on the website. Having performed some due diligence I’ve noticed that there are fake entries in the listings, these are easily identified as the business name does not have a corresponding address when searched on Google. These should be marked as RED on the spreadsheet.
I will provide the URL with the storage companies and a spreadsheet with the first 10 entries complete. This will showcase my expectations and I expect it to be completed in EXACTLY the same way i.e. phone numbers and post codes in the EXACT format.
I will only pay when the data has been validated, of the 300 – 350 records I will check 60 – 70 records and expect the data to be at least 90% accurate. Anything below 90% and the data will be sent back and NOT paid for. Please do not bid if you are not happy to agree to these terms.
