Ecommerce Catalogue Front Page

We have a catalogue currently used as a background database which we can update and amend. However, we also have a branded front page to this database that is what our customers see when they log into it from our website. It is this front page that we are unable to access as we have no passwords and / or expertise using Adobe Dreamweaver that we require to rebrand and change the front page using. We need a web designer/programmer that is able to give us access to this current page or create a new front page for us that we can then maintain on an on-going basis. Can somebody please give me a price to do this or let me know how long it may take? Its an urgent job for us....Thank you Liza
