Design for a retractable banner

Hi,
I need your assistance to compose a design with the different attached files.
I have done one similar project before for another brand; see example attached named: "Cognac Park collection" to give you an idea of the layout I am looking for.
1. Have the logo "Caribbean Rum Saison Rum" on the top of the file, choose a color for the background logo that matches the background image with the barrels and wheels.
2. Have the image with the barrels in the center of the file, reduce a little its transparency.
3. Remove the word Saison from this image
4. Add the bottle shot in the center but it does not take all the room on top of the picture.
5. Below the bottle shot, add the following quote :
"Time is an absolute must for the creation of high quality spirits.
The 4 key steps defined by the cellar master, from the search for ideal terroirs to the final touches,
naturally suggest the name of the rum: Saison."
6. Below the quote add the 3 awards attached
7. Below the awards add our website and QR Code (information from the file named: QR code and website)
