csv file to a drop down menu with multi options for staff to get a quick price

i have a csv file that has products with options and prices i would like it to be a type of price matrix system for each catagorie , see picture for details it says finished size in that option it will have approx 5 sizes , then single or double sided , material, then if it is laminated or not when the staff clicks on what the customer want it will give them a price option for quantity and time scale i think there is 7 catagories also prices must be able to have a percentage up and down so we can set the price on percentage from a base price
