Cover Design for Multiple Age Groups

PURPOSE
The National Financial Educators Council ([login to view URL]) seeks a design contractor to assist us in development of a new series of book covers for our educational materials.
SCOPE
We have 6 different groups of books broken into the following age groups:
PK-2nd Grade
3rd-5th Grade
6th - 8th Grade
High School
College
Adult
Each age group has a student guide (SG) and an instructors guide (IG). The only difference between an SG and an IG cover is the words "Instructor / Student Guide" in the top green bar. They will otherwise be identical.
Attached you will see an example of the desired layout.
IMAGE SPECS & STYLING
The images used on each cover need to be:
1) Representative of the age group (e.g. If the book cover is for the College age group, the image needs to include college age individual(s).
2) Include a person / people.
3) Have a white background.
Unfortunately, I do not have the PSD file for the attached layout example. Therefore, you will need to recreate the layout from scratch using the attached layout example as reference.
Style Guide:
Standard US Paper Size (8.5W x 11H)
300 DPI or more
Green Header Bar: 5fb10f; bevel & drop shadow
Blue Footer Bar: 1a087e
Header & Footer Text Font-type: PT Sans
Book Title Font-Type: Something similar to Impact; strong, bold, stands out. Impact is too condensed/compressed horizontally for our liking. Please find something similar.
WORKFLOW
Stage 1: Deliver draft of layout. Just a single image with the finalized layout (with or without picture)
Stage 2: Once we approve the layout from Stage 1, populate layout with appropriate age group text, book titles and images for all age groups. For this stage we only need a single image for each age group. Otherwise, you will need to change images on two files (IG AND SG) instead of one if we desire to change the image you select.
Stage 3: Once images are approved from Stage 2, deliver all 12, final PSD files (6 age groups x instructors guide/student guide).
DELIVERABLES
Your final deliverable will be 12 Photoshop files (6 age groups x instructors guide/student guide).
Note: Depending on your selected font for the Book Title font-type, we may need you send the font file with final delivery so we can open the PSD file on our end without receiving a “missing-font type” error.
TIMEFRAME
Finals delivered within 2 weeks. We will remain responsive for all approvals within a 24 hour timeframe.
RESOURCES
Attached you will find the general layout to be replicated for Stage 1, the same image with tags to identify sections of the cover as discussed in this project brief, the font “PT Sans”, and our logo.
Book Titles to Be Used:
PK-2nd Grade = First-steps Money Course
3rd-5th Grade = Next-steps Money Course
6th - 8th Grade = Real Money Prep Course
High School = Real Money Course
College = Personal Finance for College Students
Adult = Building Your Financial Foundation including Road to Retirement Series
