Hi!
We are looking for a web developer to construct an e-commerce website for us for our online tampon retail business which we hope to launch later this year.
The role will involve:
Deciding on whether to construct a fully customised site or tailor a template site (March 2016 – Casual). This will involve searching for template sites which have (or can be customised) for subscription based retail products (eg charge client credit cards automatically each month).
Build the Website and Upload to Live (April 2016 – Full Time): We will provide you with a site map and a list of features for each page of the site to contain. Your job will be to design the layout of the website and then undertake whatever programming that you require to get the site fully functional. We will work alongside you, creating the content for the website. We expect this to be an iterative process, and will require working alongside us and/or meeting at least once per day. It will also require significant site testing to ensure that the site operates as we would expect.
Update and Maintain the Website (Ongoing – Casual): Once the website is live, we are hoping that you will be available on an ongoing basis to help us with any site updates and maintenance.
We are looking for a web developer from the Philippines who is able to work full time with us over the period of the website construction. We plan to be in the Philippines in April and May 2016, so you will need to be available then to work on the website with us within this period.
Following the construction of the website, we expect that the role will be ongoing on a part time basis, with website updates and maintenance.
