Website and Marketing email template design.(repost)

I need a web designer to design a new web template for our website. The new interface will delineate the 3 main areas of our operations. It is important that at a glance visitors can identify what we do, and navigate to the area of the website that they are interested in. **No code is required**, just the design.

**The new design should:-**

1. Make it easy to see at a quick glance what service we offer

2. Use our corporate colors

3. Use images supplied.

4. Use graphics supplied.

1. Enterprise Content Management / Document Management Systems

2. Online Document Management

3. Enterprise Digital Rights Management

All bids should have a solid portfolio to show they can do the work. No code is required just the design layout concept. You will present 3 different designs from which 1 will be chosen.

I am looking for a Graphic Web Designer who has done 3 or more completed projects on RAC and ratings greater than 9. They should have a professional Graphics/ Creative background.
