Website upgrades with Business Catalyst CMS site

Hi,

I am looking for a Business Catalyst proficient web designer to complete the following tasks for our website [url removed, login to view]:

1. Move 'Follow me' from website footer and place at top of site in current 'search' location with F (facebook), In (LinkedIn) . We would also like a Share this' option going vertical (next to follow me icons), with a facebook, twitter, Gmail and more option. We would like this feature across the whole site (i.e displaying on each page).

2. Relocate the search feature to the footer of the website.

3. Adjust Blog landing page template to include small photos on side with grabbing text as per 'showcase page' . Right hand side to show previous 10 blogs titles.

4. Assistance with blog archiving system. We are now wanting to post a weekly blog and require a suitable archiving system. We were thinking of displaying 10 on front landing page, Previous 10 on right hand side section of site, and another archive option for the rest (i.e more)? Suggestions and links to existing site would be appreciated.

5. Individual Blog template to have a facebook like icon,and share this option at the end of each blog and before the comment form.

We would appreciate a fixed cost, with an itemised breakdown of costs to complete each of the 5 requests.
