Well got my site almost finished and the freelancer decided to stop wasting my time. Gave him over a month to do the job that was promised in 3 days. So please only bid on this job if you can complete it.
The site is about 90% done. I hired him to upgrade the visual design and tie up some loose ends. I am very happy with the look. The site is made of PHP and CSS mainly.
