SERIOUSLY FUN: Mobile Game Graphics

Hi,
We have a mobile, RTS(war) type of game whose graphics need to be polished & replaced. Cartoon style graphics will be needed. All deliveries are PNG files. Some units & buildings need to be 3D modelled and 2D rendered, some are just 2D static images (like game maps).
See list of graphics needed below. Please take your time to read the document before bidding. If you get the project, more detail will be provided for each item in document.

CONDITIONS --
1. High level of communication (via email) needed. You'll be asked for brief status reports every other day.
2. All work should be completed in 35 calendar days beginning from the assignment date (including change requests).
3. Change requests should be allowed until full satisfaction. We really know what we need and we provide full detail of each requirement(screenshots, samples, youtube vids etc). Therefore it will be your responsibility to understand exact needs in order to keep change requests at minimum.
4. You need to provide sketches before modelling / illustration any item. Only after approval process (mostly in a few hours) actual work can start.
5. Only those providing requested sample work below will be considered as serious bidder:
Create item #11 (sentry gun tower) in requirements document. This needs to be 3D modelled & 2D rendered for 16 directions. Please see the documentation first, then ask any question if you need to.

We won't be using that image anywhere, you can add watermark if you want.
*** We're looking for a long-term team member. If we can get good results, we'll be working on other game projects as well.
