We manufacture / Wholesale and retail a range or Poly sit on top kayaks here in Japan . Actually we are the only manufacturer of these types of crafts in Japan. This year we are launching a leisure tour section to our company . As the word `Kayak` tends to create an image of exciting but rather risky pastime we have decided to not use the word in our new tour section but instead call them Australian Canoes. Our main company name and logo is Viking Kayak and the sub brand in which we want a logo for is going to be called Australian Canoe Adventures , those actual words do not need to be in the logo (as a matter of fact is will require a Japanese bi line which we will take care of) what we are after is a logo that represents Safe Fun in nature while using a Sit On Top Kayak (NOT sit In Kayak) the areas that we will operate are both mountain rivers, sea , lakes and ponds so there is no preference to having them obvious on in the logo.
Our company will use the logo to head our `experience the thrill and enjoyment of our products` section.
The logo does NOT need in anyway a Japanese flavor , we are a Japanese company using Australian technology and know how to manufacture in Japan (Designed in Australia made in Japan)
Tours will for a start be in 3 main areas
1. Simple low risk lake tours lasting two ~ three hours with landing and lunch break in between
2. Short sharp 40 ~50 minute run down rapids on a large river , not majorly dangerous but still a little risky
3. Nature viewing tour on local pond , calm and peaceful
The main scenery around our location is Japanese forest , hills ,rice paddies and green tea plantations
