Design a Logo

I have a very simple logo i need created into a file I can use for printing and website. I have created a very basic mock up using power point as I don't have photoshop but need it drawn up properly. All the font is in Helvetica Nue except the ampersand which I have as an image I can send through but needs to be drawn in a goldish looking colour. I think I may need the '& co' slightly larger but still quite small. I can email though the power point doc i created this file in too if this helps.
