Design a Brochure for our New Service Plan

We have launched a new service offering and are looking for someone who will be able to design a brochure explaining the new service to our customers.
Data Recovery Service Plan Brochure:
1. Final output of the brochure to be made available in Adobe CS5.0 PC format (Illustrator or InDesign).
2. Only vectors to be used as artwork. (As far as possible)
3. The design must be in line with our current website.

4. Not more than three A4 pages.
5. We also need a slideshow in PPT(Power Point) format - excluding the terms and conditions. (To be published to SlideShare)
