Vacation/Holiday Themed Promotion I

I need an ad for a vacation promotion. I want my ad to look like the concept example ad in concept, but create a new ad with the same general color scheme.

I want the new ad to say "CONGRATULATIONS!" across the top - In an eye catching way.

Create the same flashing light effect that cordons off a text area. Animated gif.

In the text area, create a vacation/holiday feel image (similar to how the computer and monitor is on the example). Create a "FREE" badge. Each in a seperate layer.

For this same area, create a background that is opaque enough to place text across. Background will be travel themed, people splashing, relaxing, in the sun, on the beach, having fun, etc. In its own layer.

Create a second ad that is the same as the above specs, but with a different color scheme.

Supply full .psd files.

Exported, optimized image size in bytes must be less than 30k
