Re Create Builders plans

I require someone to redraw these builders plans as the individual unit plans with measurements of each room. I require them in 2d colour with furniture as per the example attached. I will need this project completed in 24-48 hours and for under $120. Please do not bid if you cannot complete in the timeframe or budget. The final files will need to be provided as jpeg and pdf
