I am Alaskan Native; I reside in Daytona Beach, Florida. I have worked in Administration for over 20 years; from 2011-2016, I worked in the oil industry. From 2016 – present, I have worked in powerline construction (storm restoration, emergency response, maintenance, and new construction). After climbing the corporate ladder and building up other companies, I decided to start my own company in the energy sector. I have built a great network of people and professionals around me in this industry with a lot of support (which is excellent)! Grid Electric focuses our services on providing storm response assessors and drivers to assist power companies with damage assessment after natural disasters like hurricanes, windstorms, snowstorms, floods, earthquakes, tornados, etc. Additionally, we will also be providing overhead distribution powerline crews for rebuilding powerline structures after storms (turning people's power back on). I have been working on obtaining contracts and have employees on stand-by wanting to come on-board when we are operation. I have been investing so much time, money, and effort into getting this company off the ground. I don’t have a lot of money and will have to be seeking loans, grants, and investors, also I need a solid business plan. I have the contacts, I have the experience, and I have the manpower; I just need to get the capital to build this company to its' highest potential.
