We are developing a tool for mobile app market research. To download mobile versions of top app charts for some countries from Google Play we need a local google account (that is associated with Country Codes). To do so we need a local phone number. But we don't have one. So we are looking for anyone who can create two google accounts (the second - just in case) using a local phone number. We need different countries.
