GIS-Developer needed

Hi all,
We are a young startup, that is just kicked-off by a group of highly motivated transport planners and software developers to reshape the way cities are planned. Originating from a research project we are developing and distributing an Open source WebGIS-application (see: [login to view URL]), which supports cities to plan better for pedestrians and cyclists. Our team is mainly based in the City of Munich (Germany) but we are working together with people across the globe. Currently, we are looking for a talented backend and middleware developer to work full-time (40 hours/week) as a freelancer in our team.
Requirements:
-Programming experience SQL, SpatialSQL, PL/pgSQL and Python
-Experience using GIS
-Experience with REST architecture
-Experience with version control systems such as Git
-Familiar with the Linux command line
-Able to work independently in a remote team of developers
-Motivated and willing to learn new things
-Located in a similar time zone as Germany (UTC, UTC+1, UTC+2, UTC+3)
-Available during the day
-Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Tasks:
-Development of database functions for spatial operations using SQL+ PL/pgSQL
-API development using Python + Flask
-Data analysis, data preparation, and data fusion using SQL and Python
-Automation and Testing using Python
