Build a web and mobile app using flutter v2

We are building a simple application to enable our clients easily request our handyman services. Initially its a simple five screen app that should work on web and mobile built on flutter v2. The developer is essentially expected to :
1. Use flutter version 2 to convert the designs we have shared below into the app.
2. Use very minimal external dependencies outside the core flutter packages.
3. Use dummy data that is dynamic to mimic actual working conditions.
4. Ensure all screens are interlinked by clicks on the buttons.
5. The map page should be limited to an area and synchronized on map and the location text input
6. Ensure a test coverage of atleast 70% of the codebase developed.
7. The app should function reliably on different screen sizes
8. Multi language support should be built in from the word go
Client side and server side development will be totally decoupled and all work will be done in a github repository shared by us.
Do note that the freelancer is only converting the design into flutter and using dummy data everywhere.
