Flash drag and drop Uploader

I'm looking to get a flash based drag and drop multi file uploader built. I'd like for this to be able to handle a large amount of photos, videos, and or audio files at once. As well as make multiple sized photos for images. I've seen a lot of these done in java but would much rather have a flash app on my website. This is going to be a website based app and is not external. Would need to be fully customizable, as far as design elements go. Or I can mock up how i'd like it to look and you can build it to spec.
