Zen-Cart template enhancement w Ajax

I have a nice installed Zen cart template , [url removed, login to view]
It also have HooverBox3, if you know it else it is AJAX. When some one click on the image detail Ajax get into action. What I want:
a. Have Hoover/Ajax for all picture, beside only the one I have Hoover (Hoover /Ajax for all pics)
b. Make picture Thumbnail (on mouse over make thumbnail of it midium size)
c. Make the picture and page load faster. Also display the picture in colum format rather showing one main pic on front (Whatever looks nicer). Please suggest. If you already have any other Ajax embaded shopping cart in mind then tell me about it too. Thanks
