streaming popup video solution

Looking for someone to provide coding and development of a web-based video streaming solution, that will be a subscription service used by internet marketers. The platform will convert the recorded video, and provide a flash video pop-in to the marketers website.

The online solution will allow subscribers to record videos directly into the system using a webcam and microphone (or upload existing videos).

System should be an easy-to-use system, and have following components:

* built-in Video/audio Recorder

* built-in Video/audio Uploader

* Pop-in Player

* Easy-to-use Video Emailer

* Video skins editor
